My writing has appeared in Hobart, Blind Field Journal, Rhizomes, ManifestStation, and elsewhere. Since 2021, I have held educational roles, produced a feature film and supported research for Andrew Solomon’s articles and upcoming book on youth mental health. I went to Yale (John Hubbard Curtis Prize) and started graduate work in theology before leaving to co-found a production company. Our films have been recognized by Rooftop Films, New/Next Festival, and the Cannes Indie Shorts Awards, among others. Across formats, I am interested in questions of language, meaning and faith. I have lived in five states and three countries. For full texts or manuscripts under review, please write to jacob [at] fairform [dot] xyz
